I'm not sure what is happening with my blogging posts. Ah well, add it to the long list of things going on around me that I don't know what happening.
My job that I thought I had, I don't. Huge, huge cluster *&$#. I now can say without hesitation that I hate my boss.
My take home pay has been reduced by 45% so spending is nil.
Dh is waiting to hear about 2 interviews that he's done. Luckily he is still at full wage.
To counter next to no money coming in, I did a shopping spree with Christmas gift cards! 3 pr of pants, 3 tops and 8 pr socks, and a sweater for kid #2 for $15.00 cost to me!
Then I had a free Starbucks Latte!
I'm still angry about a lot of things going on - but damn I look good !)
I would love to go into detail, who knows, if I get fired then I will publish who I am and all I know. Complete with pictures :)

So sorry to hear about the job uncertainty. Fingers crossed that things get more clear & improve!
I'm sorry your 2013 is not getting off very well.
Well once you are out of "wait and see" mode, you can make some definite moves and/or changes.
At least you "worked" those gift cards at Xmas....that had to feel good! ;-)
The lay off Fairy is working another round at Hubs company so I continue to live as far below our means as I can. Just keep telling yourself how well you did paying off that house last year and hoping for a break in the 'crappy news' rain of 2013.
If it helps with your lackluster college student situation, I've got 2 giving me student blues here--1 continues to change her mind/direction and has gone off in yet another tangent(tho she gets the good grades)and the youngest who is a high school Junior can't seem to get and keep his act together.....the early college course for Senior year is looking like it's not happening next year and he is clueless about any life direction that is based in anything approaching REALITY. I fear he'll still be living in our basement when I die a very old woman. ;-)

Crap. So sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll get answers soon, because limbo stinks. Of course I would LOVE to see pics, but not at the expense of you being fired!

Not good news, sorry about life right now, I will pray that it gets better for you. I hate no knowing and the worry that goes with it.
I'm sorry that you are having a hard time of it now. That sucks. But you do seem to have a really good handle on it and aren't flipping out too much. I know that its crazy but keep writing, sometimes getting it out helps.
